Self-serve digital subscriptions on the platform comprise Türkiye Desk and Global Risk Report, each offered in Individual and Team plans (Team includes up to 25 authorised users, including the account administrator), and an optional monthly Q&A Add-On that may only be purchased together with a report subscription. Organisation plans for Türkiye Desk and Global Risk Report are sold by quote only and are outside self-serve checkout; they are governed by a separate agreement.

Upon completing the payment process, the Buyer instantly gains digital access rights via their own access panel to the entire report archive included in the purchased product from past periods and the current reports to be published during the subscription.

A limited founding cohort discount may be offered on eligible Team subscriptions while places remain in that cohort. When the cohort is full, the founding discount is no longer available for new purchases. Campaign or bundle discounts may apply as shown at checkout; the price displayed at the payment step (exclusive of VAT, subject to the VAT rules below) is binding for that order.

In addition, original services such as “Custom Political Analysis”, “Political Forecasting”, “Political Advice” and “Policy Implementation” offered by the Seller are not sold online via the website; these services are outside the scope of this contract and are subject to separate contracts.

Pricing: Subscription fees on the platform are shown exclusive of VAT at checkout. On the Turkish interface amounts are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY). On the English and German interfaces amounts may be shown in Euro (EUR) for information. Collection is always made in TRY via the İşbank Sanal POS infrastructure as a single card charge.

VAT: At checkout, VAT is calculated from the Buyer's billing state. Sales billed to an address in Türkiye attract 20% VAT. For other billing states, VAT is applied at 0% at checkout under the Seller's current configuration (without prejudice to mandatory tax rules). The order confirmation shows net, VAT and total.

Where the display currency is EUR, the TRY charge amount is converted at the exchange rate applied when the payment session is created. That FX quote remains valid for a limited time shown in the payment flow. A 15% discount versus twelve separate monthly payments applies to annual billing for the same product, unless a different promotional price is shown at checkout.

Price Changes: The Seller reserves the right to change subscription fees. Price increases will be notified to the Buyer by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Renewal and Payment Confirmation: Subscriptions continue on a continuity basis for the selected billing period unless the Buyer cancels. For each renewal the Buyer personally confirms payment with secure 3D Pay in the access dashboard. Essydo does not store the full card number or security code and does not charge the card automatically (silently). Renewal reminders are sent by email and/or dashboard notice 7 days and 24 hours before period end for monthly subscriptions, and 30 days and 24 hours before period end for annual subscriptions. If payment is not received at period end, a grace period of 2 (two) days for monthly or 4 (four) days for annual subscriptions applies, with a reminder each day; if payment is still missing thereafter, the report archive is suspended while the account may remain open.

Early Renewal: If the Buyer completes renewal payment before the current billing period ends, the new paid period is calculated from the current period end date. Example: if the period ends on 10 October 2026 and the Buyer renews for one month on 7 October 2026, the new period ends on 10 November 2026. Early renewal does not open a new withdrawal period for digital archive access already being performed; the renewal payment relates to the next billing period.

In accordance with Article 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts and the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502; "services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

Since the Buyer accesses the entire report archive on the platform included in the purchased product without restriction the moment they make the payment, the service is deemed to have been performed instantly. For this reason, the Buyer does not have the right of withdrawal for report subscriptions, and no fee refund (partial or full) is made.

Q&A Add-On Exception: Regarding the “Q&A Add-On” service, if the live meeting belonging to the relevant billing period has not yet been held, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal only for this additional service. In that case the add-on ends immediately and the Q&A fee charged for that period is posted to the Buyer’s account as a credit in TRY and applied against later subscription or renewal charges. No cash refund is made to the payment card. After the meeting is held, the right of withdrawal expires.

When the Buyer cancels their subscription, they continue to benefit from the service until the end of the collected period.

If the Buyer bears the title of consumer, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the place of settlement of the Buyer or the Seller are authorised in disputes within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade each year. Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Execution Offices are authorised for commercial transactions.
